Liwiti District secondary school students, who previously had to study outside the district, will now have a more convenient option with the construction of a new secondary school. Dar es Salaam City Council has taken a positive step by allocating Sh400 million towards the construction of this school.
The location chosen for the new secondary school is adjacent to Liwiti Primary School, which will provide a seamless transition for students moving from primary to secondary education in the same vicinity. This development will not only benefit current students but also future generations, providing them with better access to education within their own community.
